Thought Leader in Feminine Intelligence
My Holland is a thought leader about what she explains in her Tedx talk “feminine quotient” or FQ. It s really about embracing a women thinking style and using it to engage everyone deeper. It s not just D&I in numbers for gender parity but in mindset. A concept that explores how certain traits that are typically associate as feminine (such as compassion, gentleness and empathy) can be harnessed to better one’s leadership style for both men and women.
ILO Gender Equality Master class
A few actions can include EQuest employees to be involved as trainees in an ILO Gender Equality Master class. Our CEO Ms My Holland has been invited to facilitate a leadership session on leadership gender challenges.
USAID Gender Trainers across Asia
My Holland became a certified trainer by USAID in a gender equality training program across Asia (Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, India, Pakistan, Maldives). Having taken part in a six-month program that includes organizational gender equality evaluations, a seven-week virtual course, and four months of change management coaching, all of which equip managers to be agents for change in their organizations. The focus of the program being on developing and improving company culture, policies, and practices that advance gender equality. We are focusing especially in male dominated industries and help them in their change management.
