We all need to improve ourselves and our leadership practices to be the best version of ourselves. We all want to make an impact and be the best leader we can be. How can we be more authentic to ourselves, proud and confident about our feminine qualities? How can we be more aligned with our feminine identity at home at work and fight with agility the imposter syndrome which can block us from moving forward? How can we stretch our comfort zones to be who we can be?
This Growthbook’s intention is to raise our Feminine Quotient (FQ). Everyone – women and men have the potential for better self-leadership. We need a better understanding of ourselves and each other. It’s not about raving about the superiority of any gender but about understanding why we are the same (aiming for happiness and harmony) but also so unique and different. If Men are more equipped with FQ, we would lead with more understanding and compassion. If Women are equipped with FQ we can thrive at work without trying to assert ourselves all the time. We need to look after our impact on others, how we inspire and motivate others to follow our lead, to look after our brains, minds and well being.
This book is a compilation of leadership blogs for busy female executives. Each blog requires only 2 minutes only of your time. We are all time poor and also depleted in energy. So these blogs are an invitation for you to review your perspectives on your leadership styles and think about what you might want to change.
In this book we have 5 sections:
- LeadHERShip
- Emotional Intelligence
- Productivity
- Happiness at work
- Workplace Culture
At the end of each blog we have included a page which can be used as a personal action plan. You can call it a workbook but we prefer to call it #growthbook. This page can gather your insights on your learnings, on what you are doing well already and also what you think you should stop doing. This might help you to reflect on and challenge your leadership style.
The other books from our Leadership collection focus on emotional intelligence, motivation, Neuroleadership, and Mindful leadership.
