Step into a sensory journey where poetry meets scent, and Vietnamese women speak across centuries through verse and fragrance. In this unique workshop, you’ll listen to poems by female poets — from Hai Bà Trưng to Hồ Xuân Hương, to contemporary voices — and feel the love, sorrow, strength, and subtle beauty carried through generations.
Each poem invites us to see Vietnamese history through the eyes of women — stories often left unspoken, yet always present in scent and word.
Then, you’ll blend your own personalized perfume using essential oils that have long been part of Vietnamese women’s daily lives — such as pomelo, holy basil, cajeput, betel leaf…

VK Nữ | Việt Kiều Nữ is a professional development and discussion group for Viet Kieu Women – Overseas Vietnamese around the world.
The purpose of this group is to provide a safe platform for Vietnamese women with a VK (Việt Kiều) element (born/studied/worked overseas, with an international mindset) to access a safe space to share skills, experience, wisdom and knowledge or ask for support. The aim is to provide a space to connect and provide meaningful support and welcome constructive discussion and debate. We welcome men who work in gender equality as well, of course. Let’s share our wisdom.
