A 3.5-hour immersive LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® workshop

Visioning 2026 is a powerful, hands-on leadership experience designed for leaders, executives, founders, and change-makers who want to move beyond goal-setting and into deep, identity-led future clarity.

This is not a brainstorming session.

It is a space to slow down, reconnect, and intentionally design the future you are ready to inhabit.

What This Workshop Is About

2026 is close enough to feel real — and far enough to think courageously.

Through LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, art-based reflection, journaling, and facilitated dialogue, participants will:

• Clarify their personal or leadership vision for 2026
• Reconnect vision to identity, values, and meaning
• Surface invisible barriers and enabling systems
• Translate insight into clear commitments and next steps

How We Work

This workshop blends:

• LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® – thinking with your hands to unlock insight
• Art-based tools – accessing intuition, symbolism, and emotion
• Future-back thinking – designing from 2026 back to today
• Guided reflection – individual and collective sense-making

No LEGO experience. No artistic skills required.

• One symbolic anchor and 3 concrete actions for the next 90 days
