I have had a chance to work with My for her webinar with VNHR members about “Leadership during disruption and uncertainty: keep your teams motivated and engaged” in May 2020. My with her thought-provoking sharing and insights for the HR audience always has an amazing ability to spark their eagerness for transformation. Her delivery methods trigger the audiences to reflect on their experience as a leader of themselves and their organization. The webinar was simple and remarkable enough to close our webinar for Covid-19 series. If there is a chance, I would love to work with My again to explore more topics about organizational transformation, leadership in the new century, etc.
