Our Emotional Intelligence Services
We assess the emotional intelligence of your staff or team for recruitment selection, performance review, professional development, and personal growth.
We are accredited to offer 2 EQ models. They are psychometric assessments level B, accredited by the Australian and American Psychology Boards. Both are conducted online initially and are fully confidential. The initial assessment takes a maximum of 20 minutes.
When you have completed your online assessment questionnaire, we offer a one to one confidential debrief session of 1 hour: by phone, Skype or face to face when possible. We aim to understand our clients and gain their trust.
We are not an exclusive EQ boutique which makes EQ unaffordable, nor an EQ supermarket selling online assessments without debriefing and explanation and interpretation of the results.
We care about you wanting to make a positive change, your progress, your employee’s improvements, and we want to partner with you on your path to improving your emotional intelligence, through coaching sessions if you choose to do so. A key element of this is a tailored action plan to develop key EQ elements where quick gains are possible.
Please contact us for a personalised quotation. Our fees are competitive and will be tailored for your circumstances.
We provide individual coaching. Usually 4 to 6 sessions are sufficient to help you to progress on your specific EQ subscale. This can be done by phone or Skype during your work time.
Our coaching session can be conducted either in English or French. Please contact us for further information.
Please contact us as we have different rates for people working in the business and community sectors.
The first session, which includes a needs analysis, lasts 1.5 hours. Subsequent sessions normally last one hour each.
Package of 6 sessions (over 3 months): discount 10%.
5 employees from the same company or more: discount 10%.
Workshops and Executive Retreats
We run tailored EQ workshops to help you to get the best from your team. This includes establishing productivity improvement targets based on EQ improvements.
As the EQ assessments of your employees are confidential, we adopt a team coaching strategy. This helps to build a sense of self-confidence and helps to nurture a sense of appreciation within the group.
Our workshops can be bilingual in English and French. Please contact us for further information.
